Thank you for your support for our upcoming Annual Open House by displaying the official Prep yard sign. The yard signs can be displayed at your home or business.
Parents, this is a great opportunity to earn service hours. You will receive 10 service hours in total (5 hours at pick up and 5 hours for returning the sign).
Yard signs can be picked up from the main office Monday - Friday between the hours of 7 am - 4 pm. Please be sure to sign the yard sign book when you pick up your sign.
Please complete the request form below so that we have your information to give you credit and to remind you when it is time to return the yard signs. Otherwise you will need to complete the info card on site.
