Acceptance Policy:
Saint Katharine Drexel Preparatory School adheres to the policies of the Archdiocesan Office of Education in its admissions procedures. No student will be denied admissions based on race, color, religion, or national origin.

St. Katharine Drexel Prep Admission Overview
All applicants must submit the St. Katharine Drexel Prep School Online Application, the $30 application fee, and all required documents in order to complete your application. The application fee is collected at the time of submission online via e-check or credit card. The application fee is non-refundable. Click here to pay your Application Fee.
All applicants (except 8th-grade students attending a Catholic elementary school) are responsible for obtaining the required documents (see the required document checklist below). - All eighth-grade applicants must submit the Archdiocesan Application in addition to the St. Katharine Drexel Prep Online Application.
- All required documents must be submitted either by uploading them to the online application or by emailing them to [email protected].
- Admissions Interview
- Once an application is submitted, the admissions office will contact the parent/guardian to schedule an interview. At least one parent/guardian and the student must attend the interview.
- Placement Test
- The High School Placement Test will be administered on Saturday, January 13, 2024 for all incoming students.

REQUIRED DOCUMENT CHECKLIST
- Completed St. Katharine Drexel Prep Online Application (paper applications are not available)
- $30 Application fee (non-refundable) Application fees must be submitted online with the submission of the online application
- Completed Archdiocese Application (eighth-grade students only)
- A recent photo of the student (non-returnable)
- Copy of standardized test scores from the last two years
- Report cards with final grades for the last two school years
- Attendance and discipline records
- Most recent report card
- Recommendation letters from administration/teachers from current school
- Copy of the Birth Certificate
- Copy of the Social Security card
- Copy of the Immunization Record
- Any psychological evaluations or educational evaluations administered to the student must be submitted with the application

ADMISSIONS POLICY
All initial admissions are made through the Admissions Office. Initial admission involves the following steps:
1. Completing and submitting the St. Katharine Drexel Prep Online Application Form along with the application fee.
2. Having the applicant's present school forward to the Office of Admissions an up-to-date academic transcript (including any standardized test scores.)
3. Once the Application Form, application fee, and academic transcript have been received, an admissions interview will be scheduled with a St. Katharine Drexel Prep interviewer, the applicant, and the student's parents/guardians.
4. Following final acceptance, the following documents must be on file with St. Katharine Drexel Prep at the time of registration:
A. The final, complete and Official transcript from the previous school
B. Copy of the Birth Certificate
C. Copy of Immunization Records
D. Copy of Social Security Card
5. International students must submit some proof of English proficiency.
